What did I learn this week?

The most valuable lesson that I learned this week is quite possibly the most important takeaway from this entire internship: if you don't know if you should do something, or even how to do something, ask first before trying something.

In the future, how could I use what I learned this week to do better?

​

The above lesson could save so much time of me either doing something incorrectly or spending more time trying to resolve a problem that could be solved in seconds by just asking someone else.

How well did I communicate with other professionals this week? What did I do well? What could I have done better?

Related to the above, I should not wait until someone becomes less busy to ask them questions, which is how I used to justify putting off simple questions for later. On the other hand, my team and I developed an email template for asking local tax authorities to provide tax payments on file for a particularly scatterbrained client.
