What did I learn this week?

This week I learned that just trying to complete tasks quickly can lead to mistakes that are hard to catch. One of my teammates taught me his method of checking over his work for easily miss-able mistakes.

In the future, how could I use what I learned this week to do better?

​

I should use some method of thorough self-checking to make sure my work is up to the standards of my teammates' expectations before I submit it to them.

​

How well did I communicate with other professionals this week? What did I do well? What could I have done better?

​

I went on a call that my team had with one of our clients this week, and while I spoke in a professional manner and carried myself professionally otherwise, I had received some feedback that I fidgeted too much while on the call, so I will have to make a conscious effort to change that.
