What did I learn this week?

This was my first week where I worked from home for a day. I learned that aside from scheduled meetings, I found it difficult to communicate with my team that day. This hadn't been a problem in my virtual classes because they had scheduled meeting times.

In the future, how could I use what I learned this week to do better?

​

I could do better in initiating conversations in a virtual environment. I should feel comfortable asking the same questions over a quick Teams chat or voice call that I would in person.

How well did I communicate with other professionals this week? What did I do well? What could I have done better?

​

Aside from the aforementioned issue, I did well communicating that I needed more work to do after I learned that the team that I was supposed to be working with was behind in getting information from the client.
